Since the COVID-19 era, everything had to be digitalized which has become part of the people and all the tour companies have moved most of their services online for easy accessibility of our clients. To help you book your safari without any problem, below are the outlines and steps that you can follow while booking a safari trip on social media. the steps are to be used on all social media platforms apart from WhatsApp where you will just send a hello message to the Tour consultant who will respond instantly.
- Find the social media
Depending on the social media platform of your choice, you will find the handles @Vibrantholidaysafaris, and all the pages have our logos on so you can find them easily.
- Choose a safari packages
When you are on the platform, you will look through the safari packages available and our safari packages are available on our social media pages where you can choose from what you see will work for you.
You will then click on the package which will immediately redirect you to the messaging option.
- Send a message
When you are redirected to the messaging, you will type in your message and send it to our tour consultant who will respond to you immediately.
You can also use the messaging option to inquire about other services like giving feedback or you can share your views on our safaris.
- Discuss with the tour consultant
When the tour consultant responds, you will start a discussion where you will discuss a lot of the details of the Safari, the itinerary, the dates of your choice of the safari, accommodation preferences, activities that you would love to do, and the other items that you would love to include on the safari.
Our tour consultant will work with you until you find what will work for you on your safari. so all these discussions may take hours, or days depending on what you would want for your safari.
After the discussion with the tour consultant, we hope you will conclude on the Uganda Safari that you want.
- Payment
For your booking to be confirmed, you need to pay at least a 30% deposit and this helps us to organize things that you need for your safari and get them ready when you get there.
Payments are made online through the bank or a given financial platform and the tour consultant which consultant will share with you the details of the payments after the payments, he/she will issue you online receipts to confirm receipt of payment and booking of the safari trip.
- Plan to come for the trip
When the payments are done and receipts received, you can plan to come for your trip since at this stage, your trip will be fully booked just waiting for you to have the best experience.
