Trackers Safari Lodge
Trackers Safari Lodge is located in Buhoma Sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National
Park which is one of Africa’s most diverse forests formed as a part of a much larger
forest belt that stretched south to the slopes of the Virunga Mountains until about 500
years ago when agriculturalists encroached on the forest and started planting food.
Set on an altitude of 1500m just five minutes’ drive from the park Headquarters Bwindi
Impenetrable Forest National Park is home to at least 120 mammal species including its
famous residents- the Mountain Gorillas.

A Place That Serve You
Dining at Trackers Safari Lodge is a cozy and intimate affair. Our spacious restaurant is located on the lodge’s main building overlooking the dense forest of Bwindi. This non-smoking restaurant has both indoor and outdoor sitting space served by an open kitchen which allows guests to either participate in the preparation of their meals or watch our spectacular chefs do their magic.
Our beautiful handcrafted furniture in the dining room await guests to serve up meals of the highest standard. With beautiful cutlery and crockery fit for a king, the dining room is the perfect place to spend an evening. Fine cuisine is paired with superb wines, which can be found in our well stocked wine cellar in the bar.
As an all-inclusive lodge, we keep a steady flow of mouthwatering dishes right from Breakfast, mid-morning tea, Lunch, afternoon tea/ snacks and Dinner. A lunch box is available for all guests heading out for a Gorilla Trek.
