days Uganda and Tanzania safari trip takes you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for Mountain
Gorilla trekking, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale National Park, Serengeti National Park and
Ngorongoro National Park.
Day 1: Transfer From Entebbe To Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning by our Vibrant Holiday Safaris guide who will
thereafter transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have dinner and rest at your
booked accommodation as you get ready for the gorilla activities the next day.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Community walk at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Briefing for Gorilla trekking starts at 8 am and thus, you need to enjoy breakfast before at the lodge. In the company of armed ranger guides, you head to the Impenetrable forest in search of the critically
endangered Mountain Gorillas. You enjoy exciting sights and sounds of the jungle including magical bird songs and lush flora. The lasting moment awaits you as you approach the mighty Mountain Gorillas as
they forage, and socialize among others. After gorilla trekking, you will head to the Batwa community
for a Batwa experience. Retreat from the activity and spend the rest of the day relaxing at the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer from Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth national park: After breakfast on day 3 of the safari, check out of the lodge
and exit Bwindi impenetrable national park for a drive to Queen Elizabeth national park home to
unique tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. A journey from Bwindi to Queen Elizabeth takes about
4-5 hours’ drive via the Ishasha sector. You will arrive in the afternoon, and proceed with a brief game
drive in the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth national park to have a glance at the rare tree-climbing lions.

Day 4: Game Drive and Boat Cruise at Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early morning breakfast, prepare for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains. While driving
in this savanna part of Queen Elizabeth national park, you will spot plenty of fauna and flora species
including mammals like Lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes, impala, waterbucks, and many
more. After the game drive, return to your lodge for lunch and embark on an afternoon Kazinga channel
boat cruise to watch Hippos, crocodiles, water birds, and many more. Later on, you will be driven
straight to your lodge for dinner and night rest as above.

Day 5: Early Morning Game Drive and Transfer to Kibale National Park, afternoon Chimpanzee Trekking
Kibale Forest National Park is one of the best primate destinations in Uganda that harbors over 13 primate species including Chimpanzees. Before heading on the Chimpanzee tracking, you will undergo a briefing session in which rules and regulations to follow on this experience will be read to you. Then you will head into the forests in search of chimpanzees, as you walk through the forests you will enjoy sights of birds and other primates living in the forests of Kibale. When you find the gorillas you will be amazed by the beautiful chimpanzees playing on top of the trees, picking fruits, and many more. After the chimpanzee trekking, return to your accommodation for relaxation.

Day 6: Transfer from Kibale National Park to Kampala, Fly to Arusha from Kampala.
After an early morning breakfast, you will hit the road and head to Kampala from where you will fly to
Arusha. Once you reach Arusha, you will be welcomed by our Vibrant Holiday Safaris guide who will take
you to your booked accommodation. Take your rest and prepare for your early morning transfer to Serengeti National Park.

Day 7: Transfer from Arusha to Serengeti National Park
After an early morning breakfast, you will be picked up by our guide who will transfer you to Serengeti National Park. The 240 Km drive will be covered in about 6hrs. The Serengeti means endless plains in the local African language and watching the grassland stretch out as far as the eye can see and eventually merging with the sky at the horizon is an absolutely breathtaking view. With an overall land area of 14,763 Sq km, It puts our notion about the distance to shame. The Serengeti also houses the
glorious “Big 5” (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard). Along with the “Big 5”, a very pleasant sighting would be one of Africa’s most beautiful animals – The Impala. The Serengeti ecosystem supports the greatest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa. The legendary Serengeti National Park is the most renowned safari destination for its incredible population of lions and leopards. The central portion of the Serengeti – known as Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. You will relax and have lunch at the accommodation and after head out for a game drive:

Day 8: Game Drive at Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, our guide will pick you and thereafter you will go for a game drive. While on the game drive, you will see that the Serengeti houses the glorious “Big 5” (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, and leopard). Along with the “Big 5”, a very pleasant sighting would be one of Africa’s most beautiful animals – The Impala. The Serengeti ecosystem supports the greatest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa. The legendary Serengeti National Park is the most renowned safari destination for its incredible population of lions and leopards. The central portion of the Serengeti – known as the Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. It features the Seronera River, which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species. In Seronera, one must really look out for the many lion pride that thrives in this region. You must also look out for the Serengeti “Kopjes” which are massive boulders of granite standing in a sea of grass. They provide ample shelter to a large variety of flora and fauna. A picnic lunch will be done during the day-long game drive itself. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.

Day 9: Transfer To Ngorongoro National Park and Game Drive
After an early morning breakfast, you will depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world and has fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. Ngorongoro Crater is surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes and the floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animals. After lunch, you will head to the park for a game drive.
The 5-hour game drive on the crater floor will show you a lot of animal action. Keeping the camera
ready is definitely recommended. The African elephant, buffalo, Black rhino, Hippos, Hyenas, Cheetahs,
and Lions are found in plenty. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good night’s
rest in your accommodation.

Day 10: Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport
After an early breakfast, you will depart with a picnic and drive for about 45 minutes to the crater entry
then descend into the crater floor for game viewing. The crater has a unique ecosystem that is inhabited
by more than 25,000 resident animals. In the grass steppes and acacia forest you can encounter almost
every animal species of the East African savanna, including the “Big Five” (rhino, elephant, Cape buffalo,
lion, leopard). Later on, ascend and proceed to Kilimanjaro International Airport for a late evening flight
back home.
