7 Days Uganda Safari Tour
Vibrant Holiday Safaris gives you insight on the 7 days safari in Uganda. The 7 days Uganda Safari tour will take you around the Uganda National Parks exclusive of Gorilla trekking while carrying out tourism activities.
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
You will be picked from a location that is of your choice and drives to Murchison falls national which will take around 5-6 hours from Kampala with en-route lunch at Masindi town. later proceed to the park with a visit to the top of the falls and later to Fort Murchison for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Game drive and launch cruise
After breakfast, you will head to the southern sector where you will spot various animals like elephants, Giraffes, Lions, and Buffaloes in the afternoon you will head for a bottom cruise to the bottom of the falls where you will have to view the hippos and large ranges of crocodiles along the banks with animals drinking and having their bath then dinner and overnight as above.
Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park
You will have breakfast and drive to Kibale National Park with an en-route visit to the Ambere ganyinamwiru stalagmites, waterfalls, and crater lakes with lunch at Fort Portal and proceed to Kibale National Park for dinner and overnight at Primate Safari Lodge.
Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking
Get an early morning breakfast, head to the park headquarters for briefing, and then start the tracking. Kibale national park is the best Safari destination in Africa and the park is 795sqkm containing beautiful tracks of tropical forest in Uganda the park has 13 species of primates.
After trekking, you will have lunch and then visit Bigodi wetland for dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day 5: Game Drive and launch cruise
Be ready for an early game drive where you will spot the various animals like the leopards, and elephants then back to the lodge for breakfast and then head to the Katwe salt mining area to see where the locals will be mining salt then back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will head for a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel where you will spot wildlife species like Hippos, crocodiles, and birds along the sandbanks. For dinner and overnight as above.
Day 6: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Have breakfast and then be transferred to Lake Mburo national park with a stopover in Mbarara for lunch and proceed to the park for dinner and overnight at Eagle’s nest lodge with optional activities of Horse riding.
Day 7: Game drive and transfer back to Kampala
Enjoy an early morning game drive within the park since the park is home to herds of Impalas, Topi, Eland, Klipspringer, Zebras, and Buffaloes which will be spotted grazing in the area together. return to the lodge for a relaxed breakfast and lunch before heading back to Kampala to a destination of your choice or to Entebbe international airport for your flight back.
