Detailed Itinerary 

Day 1: 

From Nairobi City to Lake Nakuru National Park

Today early in the morning at around 6:00 am, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel or at the International Airport in Nairobi city after you finished the hot breakfast prepared by your hotel and embark on your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. As you drive to the park, you will make a stopover as you enjoy the beautiful sceneries of the great East African Rift valley and take photos as much as you can and this will last for about 30 minutes. Later you continue and reach the Town of Naivasha before reaching the Nakuru town. The journey from Nairobi to Nakuru National Park is approximately three hours. You will arrive at midday, check into your lodge, relax have lunch and after go for the afternoon game drive to explore various species within the park such as the rhinos both black and white, elephants, and buffaloes. You will visit the prominent white and black rhinos among others and later return to your booked lodge for the overnight stay.

Day 2: From Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

You will wake up early in the morning and enjoy the hot breakfast and then rush for the morning game drive in Lake Nakuru. Lake Nakuru is one of the wonderful parks with the largest sanctuary harboring a lot of rhinos and other animals that include leopards, lions, and the python that can be seen in several roots and which can be seen crossing the tracks within the park while others in trees. The other animals that you can see during this last game drive will include colobus, monkeys, impala, reedbuck, and golden cat among other animals and this is very important.

After the early morning drive, you will transfer back to your hotel, check out and later drive to Masai Mara Reserve you will reach the reserve during lunchtime, relax, have lunch and later you embark on the game drives in the Masai Mara National Reserve where you will be able to see a lot of animals such the predators especially cheetahs, lions, buffaloes and then the African elephants.

Masai Mara has wonderful destination sceneries one would wish to explore and most especially for visitors coming to Kenya.  A lot of the wildlife can be seen within the wildebeest, and zebras, that are found within the endless savannah grassland and you will indeed explore one of the wonders of the world. After having this wonderful game drive, you will be able to drive to your booked lodge for the night.

Day 3: Explore the Masai Mara National Reserve

Today is the day to explore the Masai Mara National Reserve. Therefore, you will have to prepare enough and wake up early in the morning and have breakfast at your lodge after you will get your packed lunch also from the lodge and enter into the vehicle together with your safari driver guide and drive to the Masai reserve for the whole day. 

You will be amazed by the wonderful views of the endless savannah plains with huge populations of animals such the leopards, lions, impalas, topis, cheetahs, giraffes, and other species of birds. Wildebeest will also not miss this safari. You will stay in for the game drive and after in the evening you will return to your booked lodge for the overnight stay. There is also an opportunity for you to engage in hot air balloon safaris however as per this itinerary this will be an optional activity.

Day 4: End of the Safari

After having a warm/hot cup of coffee or tea in the morning you will check out from your booked lodge and now drive to Nairobi where you will reach early where will have your lunch after, you will be driven either to your lodge or be driven at the Airport for the flight home to your home country.
